Understanding the concert before they become concern.
When it comes to MBA programs you need to have some experience and some classes that will help you to get into the BYU-Provo. G Math scores. They have available a lot of programs that you are able to take.
Career is what you choose so MBA you have it but you need to go far than that. Standing out in the crud.
Qualifying you before the employers.

To be redy is to be wise
To be efficient in the organization is to take actively part of it. Participating and taking active part in the organization you can become part of the big picture of the entire plan of action of the organization. There could be a lot of problems that the organization could face but the main back up plan of action is the plan that will work in the end. So how, when and where you will be need it is not know but it becomes a requirement for you to be ready at all time.

On the right line(O:
How the organization is is going?
I think we are making progress in many areas and for some of us might feel that we didn’t do too much but I think we did a great job so far. Is a slow progress but is an improvement.
As a technology person coming up with the new ides is something that will help us to achieve our next goals.
The Guide book training in the 7Habits is a great program that I think will benefit the organization but also as individuals. We need to keep up.
Good job to the leaders of the groups.

New Idea
Creating a slide on the organization home page was a great idea because let you see how is that working also if you have a good idea allows you to participate. Also the new technology with the discussion board I think is so cool I am quite excided to use it and I think is going to be more efficient because people will not be afraid to have their opinions herd. So is a great idea and I am looking for the results of it.

Is just a game
Win as much you can
It was a very interesting game.
In the first few rounds we did great everybody put Y and was a great harmony. But as the game went on and we mix up with the Capital things went from wrong to worst and bead. We lost more than we gain and there was a lot of contention about X or Y, But in the end people follow their instinct and our group end up scoring really low. I think once the game started there was a outside competition and inside competition when the outside competition is stronger people tend to work together more but when the inside competition is stronger they tend to be individuals and everything becomes “me” instead of “as”
I think a lot of people win as individuals but as an organization we fall to achieve our goals and objective. The biggest problem that I saw was greed, pride. I understand that there need to be competition but the question is always there how much what the line is of pushing a goal an interest and what is the price. And in the end it was wart it.

SOS

I really like the logo I think is very professional. Also having the idea of unifying the class I think will help us to have better communications channel’s so I am looking for some activities that we can do to achieve that. Also I think having R. covey seminar in the Seven Habits will help us to keep on truck with our progress and meet all the deadlines as well the requirements.

A stedy, upword course

A Steady, Upward Course
Elder Henry B. Eyring
Brigham Young University–Idaho Devotional
September 18, 2001
I find that was a great talk by elder Eyring that made me realized how blessed we are to be able to attend to this great church school and not only get our education but also strengthen our testimonies.
When we live in a troubled world here at BYU-Idaho we prepared to face all these by having a study course and a great blessing which is each other. "And in that day shall be heard of wars and rumors of wars, and the whole earth shall be in commotion, and men's hearts shall fail them, and they shall say that Christ delayeth his coming until the end of the earth.”And the love of men shall wax cold, and iniquity shall abound."
I believe this place is a great place to be and the blessing that it is was expressed by the prophet and apostles that visit the campus. We as a student we have a lot of goals to achieve as well the faculty and the campus will grow and prosper.
Another effect of that goal will be to bring here only teachers who have the Savior and His goal in their hearts. That choice to put the Savior at the center led to the other key choices made in the transition and will assure that those choices will endure. For instance, President Hinckley said in the announcement: "BYU-Idaho will continue to be teaching oriented. Effective teaching and advising will be the primary responsibilities of its faculty, who are committed to academic excellence. "The institution will emphasize undergraduate education and will award baccalaureate degrees; graduate degree programs will not be offered. Faculty rank will not be a part of the academic structure of the new four-year institution."
Elder Eyring also said: In my mind the overarching theme for all of our scholarly work at Brigham Young University-Idaho should be inspired inquiry and innovation. Let me repeat that: inspired inquiry and innovation. We are not like other institutions of higher education; we have access to the gifts of the Spirit, which cannot be quantified nor counted. There are simply things we cannot adequately define and describe about the process of teaching with the Spirit. But, nonetheless, we should be excellent scholars, and our scholarship should be focused on the processes of learning and teaching. We will not be a recognized and highly regarded research institution in the traditional sense of that term. We will, however, emphasize a wide range of scholarly endeavors and excel in and play a pioneering role in understanding learning and teaching processes with faith and hard work, and in the process of time. His talk end it with a great promise and prophesies which stets: I hope I live long enough to someday meet some employer who employed one of you and says, "Where did that come from? I've never had such a person. Why people just flock around that person. And they want to follow. They don't have to be led; they're seeking to go where that person wants to go. And they come up with new ideas. I don't know where that comes from. They seem to find a better way, and the budget doesn't go up. I can't understand it." And I'll smile and say, "Well, come with me to Rexburg." And I may not be able to show it to you, and I may not be able to prove it to you, but you'll feel it. There will be a spirit here, I so testify, because of the love of God for all of His faithful children. And those blessings will be poured out here in rich abundance.
Is a great talk to remember how blessed we are to be here there are a lot of members in the world but not to many have the opportunity to come here and take advantage of the campus. So I think not matter how hard it is sometime been here is a great opportunity.
